These terms govern your use of OC Pizza Deals (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
What this Site is
OC Pizza Deals is a free, informational directory of pizza restaurants and pizza deals in Orange County, California. The Site does not process orders, payments, or reservations. Any purchase, redemption, or reservation happens directly with the restaurant or a third-party platform the Site links to, not with OC Pizza Deals.
Accuracy of information; no warranty
Restaurant details and deals are sourced from restaurants' own websites, public listings, and third-party deal platforms, and can become outdated or inaccurate without notice — hours change, deals expire, restaurants close. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing or deal. Always confirm directly with the restaurant before relying on information from the Site.
Third-party links and services
The Site links out to restaurants' own websites and to third-party deal platforms (such as Clipp) to let you view a menu, place an order, or redeem a deal. Those sites are operated independently, are not controlled by OC Pizza Deals, and have their own terms and privacy practices. OC Pizza Deals is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party site, or for any transaction you complete there.
Restaurant listings
A restaurant owner or manager may request to claim their listing to update its information or add deals. OC Pizza Deals may add, edit, or remove any listing or deal at its discretion, including to correct inaccurate information or retire a listing that has closed.
Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, and branding belong to OC Pizza Deals. Restaurant names, logos, and menu content belong to their respective owners and are used to identify and describe their listings.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OC Pizza Deals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on any listing or deal that turns out to be outdated, inaccurate, or unavailable.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
